Prior to joining StepStone, Ms Reid was a member of the investor relations team at Tyrus Capital, a European asset manager. Before that, she worked at Hollyport Capital, a secondary private equity manager, where her responsibilities included marketing, investor relations and deal origination.
Ms. Reid graduated with honours with a BA in French and Italian from the University of Bristol.

In the event that a protective order or other remedy is not obtained pursuant to clause (d) above, you agree to use reasonable best efforts to obtain assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded to the Materials disclosed. The Materials are being provided to you subject to the terms of this confidentiality agreement and other applicable provisions of the applicable agreements to which you are or become a party or any offering or other materials to which you may have access.
